Sandra was born and raised in Lowell to two Portuguese immigrant parents. Her strong work ethic and conscientious attitude comes from her upbringing by two hard working parents – her mother worked two jobs while going to cosmetology school and her father owned his own auto body repair shop. Being the first to graduate college, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Rivier College in 1994.
