Joe was born in Boston and his family came over to the United States in 1976, he knows what it takes to work hard and growing up with his father in the family real estate business gives Joe many years of Property Management Experience . Joe is fluent in Portuguese and knowledgeable in Spainsh.

Sandra was born and raised in Lowell to two Portuguese immigrant parents. Her strong work ethic and conscientious attitude comes from her upbringing by two hard working parents – her mother worked two jobs while going to cosmetology school and her father owned his own auto body repair shop. Being the first to graduate college, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Rivier College in 1994. Her legal background in the real estate field has given her ample experience in negotiating purchase and sale agreements and in the real estate closing process. She has also worked in mortgages and can explain the process in detail to her clients. Sandra has always had a passion for working with people. She has been very successful in sales, as she worked in direct sales for over three years becoming a top seller and leader in a national direct selling company.
